Wines

Romana Vini produces its wines in two different properties: Quinta do Porto Nogueira in the Lisbon Region (DOC Óbidos) and Quinta da Escusa in the Tagus Region (DOC do Tejo). These two places are only 12 km apart from each other, belonging to different wine-growing regions.

    Casa Romana Vini follows the rule that "great wines are made in the vineyard". That is why we chose the best places for planting, many of them where vineyards have existed for decades.

    The grapes used in all Romana Vini wines come exclusively from our two properties, Quinta do Porto Nogueira and Quinta da Escusa, in which we practice Organic Farming.

    Our commitment and commitment is to make excellent wines. Quality is paramount and each stage of the winemaking incorporates this philosophy.

    The wines will be as good as more special and unique the quality and expression of the grapes are.

    The uniqueness of Romana Vini wines comes largely from its vineyards. In oenology, we are above all fruit caretakers, focused on understanding and realizing the full potential of the vineyard and the fruit that enters the winery.

Wines of Lisbon Region

In the Lisbon Region, exclusively with our own grapes harvested at our Quinta do Porto Nogueira, white, red, rosé and sparkling wines are produced with the following brands:

Villa Nogueira – Blend, white or red, as Harvest category
Quinta Nogueira – Blend, white or red, as Reserva or Grande Reserva categories
Página – Monovarietal white, red or rosé
Berbereta – Sparkling white wine, as Reserva category
